Comfort, location and a bar downstairs
I liked the room bright modern comfortable and new. Staff were very friendly and liked the comfortable nooks and crannies on the bar. The fact you could plug into a guitar in your room or into your own music was a cute touch
Nothing really, the light switch for the wc being at the front door rather than the actual wc- not anyone’s fault a design thing. Tea at the self serve station was pretty weak but also a taste thing. The corner of the bed was also a concern Hit twice bled once.(maybe a silicon bumper) that saying We’d definitely come back to the Ruby.

Amazing stay!
The hotel was amazing and we had a great time. The room itself was absolutely fantastic. The interior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The bed is so comfy, was like sleeping on a dream. Would definitely recommend to go back! The location was perfect and only a 10 minute walk to temple bar and the centre and to the jameson distillery. We had a lovely view from our hotel room of the distillery.
I loved the idea of the galley, however the convenience of this at times wasn’t great as the iron or vending machine wouldn’t be working and you would have to go floor to floor in the hotel to find items that worked. I did find the toilet lacked some privacy, however this was something only minor.
